All parents with small children are advised to get prior arrangements for child care, for children under 10. Children in waiting area MUST have a caretaker who sits with them for the duration of any visit. Children are not allowed on or near heavy gym equipment. Children under 9 are also not allowed in group classes for safety reasons and children over 9 are allowed with express written consent on file by a parent or guardian.
