I found a DEAL ON GROUPON for BJ's Wholesale Club, so my husband and I checked out the store and decided to buy a membership. ($25 for a 1-Year BJ’s Inner Circle® Membership plus $10 in Awards) It is a great alternative to Costco (minus the crowds) and Sam's Club (minus the poor customer service). They have a great selection of everything at a reasonable price, not to mention the online coupons they offer can be clipped and saved to your account. Then you can use them by scanning the QR code on your phone at checkout. There's also plenty of parking. We are really happy that we found a store where we can do ALL of our grocery shopping. We no longer have to search for deals at various stores, so we avoid wasting our gas and time.

On July 24th 2022 I ordered a Berkley Jensen Casco Bay 6-Pc. Wicker Deep Seating Set from BJ's. On July 25th received an email that the item had shipped and my credit card would be charged $1604.99 for the product. They have cancelled my scheduled delivery 3 times and when I contact customer service they said all they could do was email the warehouse and contact me when they had an update. Each delivery day I had to make sure someone was home all day as their delivery window is 8am to 4pm. It has been 3 days since I spoke with a customer service rep and no follow up from them on the status of my order. I would not recommend EVER buying anything from BJ's that needs to be shipped. I will try once again tomorrow to cancel my order and request a refund plus interest that has been accruing on my credit card. I would leave a 0 star review if possible.

The white gentleman at the door needs to be removed ASAP. I saw a Caucasian lady with a cart FULL of stuff and on the way out and he looked at her receipt and sent her on her way. I watched him with a few black customers he stopped them counted and scanned everything in their cart. If he's going to profile based on race he should not be working at this establishment. I will not ever return to bjs if this is how you treat youR hardworking customers. Everyone should be treated the PERIOD. It's crazy its 2022 and black people still get discriminated against because of their race.

As Costco wholesaler is not near around concord, this is the best wholesale store in this area. - little pricy - Gas price is same like costco price. - some times no stock of milk and egg. -

We pay $50/yr. I love the coupons. They have made it so that you can clip the coupons on the app and when you make purchases the coupon is automatically used, and they allow you to use manufacturers coupons on top of their coupons which Costco does not allow. Also, the gas is typically much cheaper than anyone else which is a plus. If you buy certain items in the store you get more off the gas price also.

Hey Brother, The best way to get info is to go and talk to the store manger. This will do one of two things. First: it will definitely get you some necessary info as to who to talk to. Second: it will show the H.R.M. that you really want to work for BJ's.
