As far as the trash pick up I have no complaints. The recycle is a whole different story! The person that is supposed to pick up the recycles picks up everyone in our subdivision but our street. This has been a consistent problem. Why do I have to pay for a service if it's not going to be provided! This needs to be corrected.

My husband and I scheduled a bulk pick up for a Tuesday, (a week in advance) and our trash has been sitting out at the curb all week. We called everyday and we’re told numerous times that are pick up was “pending”. It is extremely frustrating how you have follow up just to ensure that the service you are paying for will infact be done. After the fourth follow up we were told that they couldn’t do it but then reaffirmed that they would still show up the following day, but then did not. Absolutely ridiculous.
