I have been using Laundry Bubble since spring of 2020 about 4 times a year with no issues whatsoever. Then two weeks ago my laundry came back and I had been charged twice the amount I usually am, like $120 for a single bag of laundry. I always give them the same size bag, with the final weight on my receipts at about the same each time, but this time the receipt showed twice the weight. I decided to weigh the finished laundry and found I had been overcharged about 25 pounds. I politely emailed them about this, asking how this could happen, and I never got a response. I called their phone and no one picked up. After a week, I emailed again with no response. I do not believe they care. Will not use again.

I’m missing a white mesh bag of laundry, with all of my dresses and other delicate blouse etc. Their vm is full and no one picks up the phone. No one has responded to my emails. I’d suggest never to use this service.

I’ve been a customer of Bubble for over a year now. Normally their service is good which is why I gave 3 stars. Today 11/15/2021 I had a confirmed appointment for laundry pickup between 9am and 11am. It is now 12:05pm and no one has picked up my laundry or called. I tried calling them multiple times but no one ever answers. I did leave a message so hopefully someone will call me back. Waiting! Update: They never called me back. Two days later I was able to reach them and reschedule. Again no one came to pick up my laundry or call to let me know they weren’t coming. I called again and was told they didn’t have anyone available for my area and I should try again in a week. I ended up switching to different company.
