Provided a couple citizens with a ride on the struggle bus so they could receive some much needed assistance, thought my day was going to be spent here but they got the information and assistance they needed in a reasonable time.

This place is the quickest most chill easy and simplist place. The security respectful the lobby people and the workers always smile and are gracious.

I can never get through on the phone. Every time I call its busy. It's very inconvenient when you can't be at the office in person but still need to talk to someone. This problem should be solved because some people work and can't go to the office so if they can provide a number that we can get service through that would be perfect.

I had really great service! The service was speedy and was treated with lots of respect. Russle made my baby Laugh and smile and all the staff made me feel comfortable and were very helpful and gave me all the info needed in order to get help. Sophia was also very helpful! Thanks guys! You're awesome!!!

Depends on the issues. This office does not handle the General Relief program. CalWORKS and Calfresh programs are handled here.
No
Yes. I've replaced mine on several occasions at this location usually taking about a half an hour, but sometimes only around 15 minutes.
Sorry I dont. Maybe you need to bring something with your new address on it. Like a driver's license or a piece of mail. Make sure you have officially changed your address as well.
You can but they won't have a lot of answers for you but they'll give you the number to medi cal and the access hotline
You can call ACCESS 1 866 262 9881 and they can provide verification that your fax was received.
You can, You just have to turn in a paper copy.
Usually only you can change the pin. My guess is it's probably Freud. Calling is a bit time-consuming and may not get you very far. I would visit a HHSA location to get a replacement card and a new(different) pin just in case. Quicker, easier and safer all-together.
Yes. You can also submit via mybenefitscalwin.org.
