I've never cried so hard. My mother definetly does not deserve this place. The quality in care has gone down and cleanliness and sanitation (COVID) is almost non-existing. I went everyday until she left and feces that was on the floor day 1 was still there day 7 on the main hall. Lord help!

98% of these employees that works here has gone mad. If u ARE THAT mad THEN GO work else where. Can't you see it's more agency DOING THEIR JOB WAY BETTER THAN MAPLE GROVE STAFF?? because u are not getting a raise boo boo u can forget that. Go work at Carolina pines. THIS IS A HIGH SCHOOL NOT A NURSING HOME. 98.93% IS THE CNA'S AND THEIR GOSSIP AND DRAMA THEN IT GOES TO THE HOUSEKEEPING, FLOOR TECH, AND ALL HEAD DEPARTMENTS. THE EMPLOYEES LIVE FOR THIS BUT THEY WANT A RAISE? TOO FUNNY TO ME.
