BE Careful with Uber Apps,.. they are charging $99.99 credit cards without the customer client permission or knowledge. And to have the issue corrected is a huge headache because their app does not allow the opportunity to address it with customer service in an efficient manner. It's an ordeal and very high level stressing process. This company is creating more problems with the lack of customer service support. They make it a challenge to reach out to them for handling issues that arise. Don't Use Uber. I've terminated my account completely. You should consider doing the exact same.

You took away all of our ride promotions 2 weeks before taxes are due. With no warning or anything... I have to work 60+ hours to make what i was making in 40 hours. Its not even close. My pay basically got cut in half out of no where. Unbelievable.

Order food from Panda Express at 2:45pm and for some reason it’s still not arrived. No one to contact for guidance and some egregious refund policy. What if the driver leaves your food? What policies are used for refunds in this instant? Attached are screenshots of my order, which I ordered on priority.
