I would like Asheboro PD to reopen the Brandon Embry Case. I am a mental health professional, and to state what I read in the reports is beyond me. While I understand manner of death. He wouldn't have died in such manner if it wasn't for the hand/hands of others. Why did you all rid the evidence so fast? Why was there blood in truck, on truck, in bed of truck, and all throughout the home? Brandon was well educated, no history for mental health illnesses, yet you guys attempt to slap him with labels.. His mother and family are grieving for truth!!! #Justice4Brandon

The case involving the death of Brandon Embry needs to be reopened. The manner of death was ostensibly murder. It was certainly not suicide or whatever the original ruling was. He had numerous injuries/contusions on his body. He was completely brutalized. His face was barely recognizable. Those Injuries could not have been self-inflicted. He would have been knocked into submission before inflicting all those injuries on himself. Please do the right thing and reopen the investigation. His family and friends deserve justice.
