Most of the employees that work there are fairly nice. However, there are a couple that can really push your buttons. One in particular was very rude and bad attitude. She better keep her job there because she will not do well any where else with her attitude. I am a very nice and patient person, but I really wanted to smack her. Will go to Greensboro from now on!

Yes, I've been there 3x in the past month for different things as a walk in and was able to be every time. Shortest wait was about 15 minutes and longest wait almost an hour personally but it all depends on how many walk in and appointments are waiting ahead of you and they do not guarantee you will be seen before closing time.

GO to the NC DMV office and they will be able to get you switched out
I didn't call anyone. Just happen to go by about 9 am and they had 3 consolations. They said come on in. So I just happened to be fortunate. I was there about 20: minutes.
Appointment only and it took a month for mine
Call DMV ask for an appointment also ask what proof of ID you need to replace your license.
I wouldn't turn them in unless office is open because they give you a receipt that tags were turned in....
They are doing walk ins since the ban has lifted. We went a couple of weeks ago and was in and out in no time
