Went to purchase shoes here today, the manager and two more of the associates did not display knowledge of their product, told us they didnt have a certain size and they were all on the shelf, their customer service was awful. We had a 10.00 off coupon and they said there was no coupons on our account, it was on our account for now and they said it was for Feb 9, no it was a coupon for being a customer. We have been a customer for many years and always had good service, but this time these people need to be retrained. I do NOT reccomend.
