If I could rate this place a zero I would. My dog is a 10 year old black lab that went for a standard bath and nail clipping. We get word barely 30 minutes later that he had broken his foot by jumping out of the tub? Mind you, my dog is very active and jumps constantly, so we were confused as to how this could happen and if there were any risk why he wasn’t secured. We arrive and is foot is badly swollen, he’s crying and can’t bear any weight, and he was just thrown in a little cage, no comfort happening whatsoever. We soon find out at the emergency vet that some teeth are chipped. We have gotten no response on what’s happened. Please, if you care about your pets at all DO NOT trust this store with their care. They are not compassionate towards animals and are extremely out of touch.

Place is clean, customer service is good. Only problem I have is items are priced very high. One item I needed was priced at 21.00, went to Walmart or Rural King and the same item, same size, and same Brand was less than 10.00. Prices are too high. Dont recommend

Don't believe they do . They seem to carry certain pets on occasion and it varies . I purchased a bearded dragon and leopard gecko from there . There are times they seem to introduce pets to see how they sale . It would not be a shock to go there next week and they have pet rats available for purchase .
I'm not for sure I think they do I didn't walk around the whole store because my dog that I had didn't really like the store so I have it take him out but it was a pretty cool store but I don't know if they sell hamsters

No, they have cats from Martinsville ASPCA. The Martinsville ASPCA has lots of other cats and kittens along with lots of puppies and dogs that need a good and safe loving family. They are closed Sundays and Mondays, but are open Tuesday through Fridays 10am till 6p.m. and Saturday 10am not sure what time they close on Saturday. Also Jesse at Petsens is really good at helping you with training your puppy or dog.
