Chicken fried steak was pretty good. Sides were disappointing; mac and cheese was bland and the collards were a little dry. The dessert though? Phenomenal! Lemon cream cake was light and flavorful. Tried some of the chocolate cake as well and it was so rich. I'd go back just for the cakes.

First time back since I lived in Churchill. Just a small neighborhood restaurant/bar … unpretentious and warm. Looking forward to my favorite homemade meatloaf. Good selection of beer and cocktails. Outdoor seating in the fall is the best!

Street parking only. Should be able to find a spot within one block in any direction.
Do not let the street parking intimidate you, its worth it and usually can find a spot fairly close
They have take out and outside seating. Everyone inside wears masks
According to their website and to Google they are not closed between lunch and dinner. The menu may change at some point in the afternoon however.
