Caring, knowledgeable and professional veterinary hospital I've ever been to. Dr. Barnett and Dr. Byrd always make your little baby feel like they are so special and not to worry they won't rush you. They take their time in going over all your concerns and form a plan that will make your pet happy and healthy. In November 2017, I put down my Daisy and as hard as it was, Dr. Byrd took her time in letting me spend those precious moments with her and didn't even tell me she had gone until I was ready and asked. A very special doctor. Thank you for making my baby comfortable and able to go to sleep peacefully. Daisy will one day meet me at the "Rainbow Bridge". A wonderful staff. I highly recommend taking your pet here. January 2018, I happened to go into the Randolph Animal Hospital to see if Dr. Byrd was available. Wanted to ask questions about adopting an older dog. Talked extensively with Mary as Dr. Byrd was busy. After I left, Mary let me know she was fostering a sweet older dog and would not consider giving her to anyone else but my sister and me. Well, we are happy to say we have the most wonderful little "Precious"...yes that is her name. She is between 10 & 12 and has made our lives so happy. Thank you so much Mary for allow us the privilege of adopting Precious. We keep Mary in Precious' life with photos and going in to visit. Dr. Byrd is always thrilled to see her. Wonderful, wonderful place to take your pet.

Best vet ever! All of my animals are seen here. Everyone is super nice and when we had to put our cat down everyone handled everything so sweetly. They even sent us a card and made a little paw print ornament for us. I love that they give us 30 minute appointments so we never feel rushed and we feel our fur babies get the best attention. Update- still the best vets ever! We have had to see them a lot this year because of our problem child cat, Gandalf, and I am so overwhelmingly thankful for everything they have done and continue to do for all 3 of our babies. We really appreciate you!

We're going to be finding somewhere else to give our business. We've been using this vet for a looooong time. My grandmother brought her animals here, it's just too close to pass up.. Well they've changed. We were 8 minutes late because they've been paving our road and were directly at the end of our driveway. Not an ounce of sympathy or understanding. I remember when you had to wait on them. And it wasn't as if we were late to a major appointment, it was just a checkup to get more medicine. A lady rudly told us we'd have to reschedule for 4 which no one with a job could waste another hour to go home, fet their animal and get back (and i work nights), and walked off before letting us explain our circumstances and left their receptionist to deal with it herself. That's rude and unacceptable behavior to both a customer and your employee that you would force them to explain why 8 minutes is somehow too late that we have to shedule a new appointment. In that 8 min. There's no way they could have had walk ins or move ups like a barber or other professional business so what gives. We've had similar problems in the past with them waiting on them for much longer. We've been patient but we're done. Ever since they built the new building they have completely lost the degree of professionalism they once had. I'm done

Everyone here seems very nice. Dr. Rakosky explained things better than other vets I have taken the cats to. The prices are better here than the other animal hospital I have used. It also doesn't seem to take as long to check out here when you get done. I would recommend them.

I don't know...I live in liberty and we have a groomer in town
· Dr. Brian T. Barnett · Dr. Erin Rakosky · Dr. Melissa Behrens · Dr. Teena L. Byrd. My dogs are seeing Teena Byrd, she is a superb DVM.
I'm pretty sure it's through care credit. https://www.carecredit.com/vetmed/
I'm pretty sure payment is expected at the time of services. I'm not 100% on it but I'm 99%. sure. If you were a regular customer they might would bill you but if you're new I doubt it.
I think they are very reasonably priced and they are willing to work with you too
The wait is never long. I love Dr. Barnett and Dr. Byrd. They are the only Dr.s that I see there. I love them.
Its around $100 depending on if your pet is male or female and if the female is in heat. This is the best veterinary office I've ever taken my pets to.
Just had a new pup exam for general health. No shots or meds. It was $44.40.
If the little ones do not deliver fairly quickly, I'd always go to the closest vet. Randolph Animal Hospital is great.
It really depends upon the size of the dog. The vets office will give you an estimate if you call them and tell them your dog's weight.
