Mitigation Review: I had to call Servpro due to my upstairs neighbor's bathroom causing water damage. Justin was out the next day to perform an assessment with Johnny, Dan, and team performing the Demo and Cleanup. Everything is 100% clean and was self contained with no clean up required after them. Job is high quality. My containment unit fell apart and Johnny and Dan were back out the next day to put it back up for the construction crew. Johnny walked me through the whole process and both Dan and Johnny were friendly and professional.

Last week unbeknownst to me, the tenant that lives above me had some sort of flood which leaked down to several apts…. I was in the middle of cleaning my closets, and realized that my feet were soaked after entering the closet….I called the front desk to alert them…. After an hour of not hearing anything back, I proceeded to go the the front desk of the building …. Where I intercepted a friendly rep who was busy working on my floor named Jason…..He then explained that he was checking other units, and assured me that he would be back to assess my damage etc…. He later returned and left 3 machines, explained everything in detail…. He then Returned the next day to check, and brought another awesome gentleman by the name of Kevin, who was equally as awesome! He informed me of a dry cleaner who would come and pick up my things, because he noticed the high value pieces in the closet during the assessment……he then made arrangements for the items to be picked up… they literally guided me through each and every step of this process and made it super seamless, and made a stressful situation really easy. I would use them both and Servpro for any of my future needs. The attention to detail, and the level of customer service and professionalism are unmatched. This review is for the prep phase for our kitchen ceiling’s repair following water damage. The 3Js (Justice, Jerry & John) arrived as scheduled and diligently did an amazing job covering the floors, cabinets and countertops for the next crew to work on the ceiling. Access to our microwave and refrigerator during the repairs provided by zippered attachments to the plastic covers. Great job so far!
