Daryl assisted me when I dropped off my car for service. He was very professional and kept me updated from start to end. I was provided a car to use while my car was being serviced. I received video updates which explained the issue and what was being done. Thank you Daryl, Grace and the team for an amazing service! :)

Send my car for inspection and come out not using their service. I was waiting for a video of issues from service department. The guy is nice but seems unwilling to send video. He keeps telling me he is not able to send instead of finding solutions. Before paying the bill, he told me he sent, but I have not yet received anything. $232 for diagnosing only. I think a public review should help me get my video.

will not recommend this service center and their body shop. they make you wait in long lines and their parts department is useless and never know anything. their body shop tells you something new every month. stay away from their body shop. they will keep your car there for months. my car has been in there since April 4th and its September. park ave bmw is a joke

Was there last Thursday, they actually disinfect the car before getting in, also saw them place a plastic cover over the seat. Everyone at the dealer had a mask, and practiced social distancing.
I'm a customer, I recommend you give BMW service & parts a call to see if they have what you're looking for
Yes they do, but you need to have an appointment for one to get a loaner.
