I gave them the square footage I measured of my rental apartment of my house and they said I will need 2 extra boxes even when I told them I added footage to the measurement. they sent out a team to measure and then said I need 2 more boxes. that they didn't have in stock and i had to drive to Brooklyn to get. after the job was done they had 3 boxes and only used 1 plank from the 4th box. when called the store they said I can't return it. to keep it in case something happens to the floor. I said that's what the warranty was for. they said we can't take it back. even if it was them that said to get 4 extra boxes. not including like 7 planks came broken in the boxes, so we really didn't need to open the 4th box. never doing business with them again. I still had the first floor of my house to do and it won't be with them. bad business. I even had 1/4 rounds and transitions unused. n

Just have to compliment John and his staff for the service and professionalism they provide. They are very patient, informative, and not pushy. There was no pressure only a willingness to help which is most appreciated.
