Came yesterday for a birthday party. This place is huge and Pure chaos. No parking at all. Tons of people. Anyone can just walk in and out without any employees monitoring. Your child can easily be abducted here. Employees are inattentive and unhappy.. no smiles. I would not come back here.

This was my first experience at Urban Air, as we celebrated my daughter’s birthday. My party host Alejandro was amazing! He was super attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We did have an cleanliness issue with a kid from another party that got sick next to our table. Several employees, walked past the vomit refusing to clean it, until my planner stepped in and got it handled. My daughter and her friends enjoyed their time here. Thanks again Alejandro!

Had my 9 year old's birthday party here and we had such a good time. Alejandro took care of our group and he was very helpful and polite. When it came time to set up the room, hand out food and drinks, and corral kids, he jumped right in. Highly recommend this place.

I have been here a couple of times but this one was the last! Not only is the food raw and tastes like frozen food but i was charged 4xs for the passes and 3x for the food!!!! I do not recommend going to this location if you want to eat well cooked meals and not get charged more than once to than tell you you can’t speak to the manager to email billing department and to get hung up! So not professional.

Yes this is a spectator fee simply to watch so please prepare for this.
I think for the same price in both places is a better deal in Urban Air. It has different sections for the kids to jump then in skyzone. So yes is better then skyzone

Maximum is $30 + special socks - $3. If it is a parent with their child, child pays full price, parent pays $7 + special socks. They also have specials weekly.
It is fairly hard to get there by car but I think there is a bus stop near it.
Weekends..maybe 20 min to check in..but no waiting for the attractions
Todas las edades niños pequeños acompañados de un adulto
I'm not sure about monthly/ yearly members, but they do offer a variety of party packages. They range from different prices because some packages offer more activities.
Not much of a difference other than a $5 more or less, the ultimate has one additional attraction which is rock climbing 🤔 so deluxe is just as good if rock climbing isn't your thing .
Yes u can
The official policy is that there are no refunds whatsoever. But if you call, ask to speak to a manager, you might get it.
They have a little closed in course but honestly I will not go back unless they do a major makeover of the place. Go to Bounce U
You only pay for the people who use the trampoline, she can go and they will not charge her
only if they are jumping.
they are open i was there on thursday.
U would have to call to confirm but i don't see why not
This place is geared for all ages! Even moms and dads!
I would say for autistic children too much stimulus mind overload and overwhelm them. Place itself is great, however I would ask them what is the slowest day during the week to have your child enjoy one on one fun with you.
Yes . Adult can go . But if they want to jump then they have to pay the fees.
No they did not.

I came in with 6 kids after an outside party was rained out. They played and when it came time to eat I ordered pizza and drinks, put 2 tables together and they enjoyed without issue. Brought in cupcakes and sang as well.
No, I don't think you could use it to replace a gym unless you got creative with the things you did here.
There is a ninja worrier type of course, rock climbing walls, and a little ones indoor play area (adults can fit too).
You pay for only the people that are jumping

I would not recommend unless you intend to jump with them because all ages jump and it can get a bit rough as their is no age designated areas..
It depends on how long you stay there if you stay for an hour seven children cost $147
I went there several times with my family and we enjoyed it very much.
Is this worth it for a 4 - 5 year old? Can they get on everything there from height and age?
