Zero. Does not deserve a star. The employees are lazy and don’t provide any useful information. For context, Package said it arrived last week and was out for delivery. Then showed it was still at this location. Employees said their own usps website is wrong and told me to leave my number. I questioned them further and they said that leaving my number was useless as no one would call. I asked what I should do then and they were not helpful. Use UPS or FedEx. They are a joke here with missing packages.

This office returned my parcels back to the sender at the same day when parcel arrived to this facilitu TWICE IN TWO WEEKS. Unfortunately some parcels are sent via usps only, and I can get it only via this facility. So, I am a hostage of this facility.

Terrible Service, The Workers Hate Working there, they don't even bother reading names on packages and let anyone take packages that's not theirs. they lose your packages all the time, worst shipping service around I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING ANY OTHER CARRIER THAN THIS CLOWN SHOW OF A SERVICE STATION!!!

When will my parcel be re-delivered? I wonder why the post office doesn't deliver properly. I applied for the remittances on the 18th and waited slowly because I knew the post office would be busy during the Christmas holidays. But I'm so angry that

not even an e-mail saying that the post office started retransmissions even though it was a business day. The delivery place I want to send is only eight minutes away from the post office. However, the post office's slow work has kept the product from receiving it for more than a week. Isn't the fact that the delivery is so slow that the orderer goes to the post office to pick up the product himself proof that the post office isn't doing the job properly? I am very disappointed with the slow delivery of this post office and want my package to arrive at the delivery site by mid-January. Do your job right

I mailed my Xmas cards on Monday 12/17 and no one received yet. Is it possible I put the mail in the wrong slot in the post office?

Post office is experiencing high volumes of mail, a 20% increase compared to last year and also weather can be a factor, I would give it another day or so, we're trying our best. Merry Christmas
