The worst place. Internet constantly goes in and out. The slowest of the slow internet and we have the highest speed they offer. My husband works for spectrum and compared to them this place is stuck in the stone age. They never update anything. I’m convinced hamsters running on wheels is what they use to provide service.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I have never in my 34 years of life on this planet experienced such lack of customer service. How this company even exist is a miracle in itself. We have tried to get our cable line buried since December of 2021. We have had the power, gas, water lines laid out multiple times and by the time they show up to bury the grass in my yard would be so high I'd have to mow yet again. It's almost like they were all playing some sick game. Everytime me or my wife called the woman on the phone she sounded aggravated having to deal with our case. Absolutely ridiculous. I finally after 4 months of this I just told them to cancel service. They didn't even offer an apology ro anything. What an absolute joke. Good riddance

Internet went down Thursday. Called Piedmont’s number Friday and spoke to someone at Surry Comm who routed me back to Piedmont Comm. No humans available at 1:00p on a Friday so I was forced to leave a message that our internet is not working. It’s now Sunday. No return call and of course, no internet. I’ve no doubt they’ll expect me to pay my entire month’s bill. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident, but pretty typical for Piedmont Communications.

We've got cable through them and we've been having issues with it going out for a few minutes at a time several times since last Thursday. I think a lot of folks were having Wi-Fi issues.
I've read they have a lot of issues with Wi-Fi. Our cable was out for 2 days weekend before last. They have an after-hours number and folks that should be able to help you.
Not sure but this cable service sucks. They need to get with up to date service and boy are they way to pricey.
we have to same problem, it seems like every time they work on the cable I have to reprogram the channels on the TVs, this was never an issue before surry communications bought Piedmont cable, that wasn't a problem before then, they are working on the cable a lot more, we also watch the same channels, try reprogramming the channels, I know its aggregating, I also miss the service I was getting when it was just Piedmont communications

You dont want this cable compant. They SUCK. Not reliable at all to expensive for what you get when it works. Get Spectrum
You might need to call them and ask. I live just off of E. Center Street Ext on 150 and they are our cable company.
