They know their business! I had a small problem come up with my current encapsulation, they fixed that problem and then some. Far exceeding my expectations!

Roger was the inspector/estimator from '58 Foundations who provided the estimate on fixing the foundation issues we are having in Durham. Our house is over 70 years old, so there has been some shifting in the walls and foundation curtain wall over the years. Roger arrived on time for our appointment, was very personable, knowledgeable and informative, and provided us with an estimate for a different solution to the problems we are having that was much less in price than another estimate we got from a different company in the area. I very much appreciated Roger's willingness to spend the time educating me on what might be causing the different issues we are seeing and his practical wisdom in showing us what would be the most cost-effective method to use in solving the problem!

Huge shout out to Foundation Specialist, TODD MAVEUS, who visited my home today to check on water in my finished basement. After another basement company had recommended installing an inside drain and sump pump, he correctly diagnosed my problem as a broken and leaking Septic pipe line. Got a plumber out and he confirmed and was able to replace the broken pipe, saving me over $8,000. Todd was professional and his judgement was spot on. Would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise. Very Satisfied customer. D. Berrier, Thomasville NC
