Horrible facility. How this place isn’t shut down is beyond me. Filthy living conditions, the entire building is unsanitary and unsafe. The staff is extremely rude and lacks empathy for their patients.

My grandmother lives here. she is living her best life right now!It may not look like much on the outside, but inside it is full of laughter, love and a homely touch. I love that I was able to prepare her room the way it would be if she was still at home, before we brought her here to live. She really enjoys the gardening club along with many other activities they provide. I am very comfortable with my decision to place her at this center.

My husband was here for 30 days last month due to a broken hip. It was a good experience for me and my daughter. Everybody was so kind and helpful to us. He had excellent care. My gran-dog Crash was welcomed and was able to go in and see him too I would definitely go back there if it became necessary

We don't want it to be but what choice do you have if your loved one can no longer live at home? I suggest you visit them often. Most people are treated better if family visits a few times a week. I also suggest you develop a relationship with the Ombudsman. They are very effective in solving issues since they are a representative of the resident and their families only. GL
Because lots of patients wear diapers, and are not changed. Possibly because of the cleaners.
