They sold me a Phillips dream machine last may and in June there was a recall. Activ told me to register with Phillips which I did. Medicare sent me email saying Activ medical responsible to replace machine which Activ says no have to wait on Phillips. They take no responsibility. Then they had no heated hose last time I went for supplies but never informed me until I needed it. So I went without new clean hose. Now I go to get supplies again they inform me they do not work with Aetna anymore. I have been a customer since 2018 you would think they would have notified me before I come in for supplies. Terrible service.

I’m from out of town, and ran around all afternoon. Finally found ActivMedical just before closing. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. James gave me the perfect walking boot for an Achilles injury. They ensured I had all the documentation, just incase my insurance allows some/any cost sharing.

The team at ActivMedical have been extremely helpful regarding my BiPap breathing machine. They provided me with details on how to contact Philips regarding a recall replacement and they set up the replacement device when I got it. They are always professional when I stop by with a question or concern. I recommend James and Stephanie and the entire team for any medical supply issues or needs that they offer.

Horrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Thanks for contacting us. "Mobility Scooter" could mean at least one of two things: a power-operated vehicle (more commonly known as a "battery power scooter", but it might also mean what is commonly known as a "knee scooter", which is used for unweighting a lower limb with a platform for the limb on which to place the limb wheels that is integrated into a wheeled device (scooter) that on manually pushes with the other non-affected leg.
Yes. Walkers, when ordered by your medical providers are covered under insurance plans and Medicare. However, coverage guidelines dictate that the order must arise from a face-to-face (or telemedicine) encounter with the prescriber. In addition, certain walker add-on features, such as brakes and baskets are almost never covered--so you must pay for these out of your own pocket. We do take most insurance coverages, including Medicare. Please come by our showroom and we will be happy to show you the options we have on hand. Thank you for your question. James Garner, owner
Yes we do. Please call us at 940-484-0228. We don't require, but much prefer that you make an appointment for these--for the purpose of evaluation, measuring and discussion of your options. Thanks for your inquiry. James B. Garner, R.Ph., Board certified in orthotics and pedorthics.
Thanks for asking, but we do not sell refurbished POC's--only new ones with full manufacturer's warranty.
No unfortunately we do not, but if you try the denton prescription shop off west oak street they do carry those types of products.
Yes we do!
I bought one there for my mom a few weeks ago. It was kind you put on your wrist.
