Found my item, amidst a mess of product scattered on the shelf. Waited in line behind 7 people…only one cashier working. I asked one of the 4 people at the Geek Squad desk if they could check us out. After an irritated look, one guy checked out 3 of the people in line before walking away. Then I asked a manager if someone could come help and check the rest of us us out, because the same person was still at the register to be checked out. The manager points to the lone check out associate and tells me that he’ll be right with me, then proceeds to pick up his cell. Just flabbergasted at the poor customer service and a messy store. Plenty of employees standing around who could have made today’s shopping experience so much better.

My neighbor and I went in to speak with the Geek Department at Best Buy. She was having technical issues with her mobile phone. We had the pleasure of speaking with a young man by the name of Grayson. Wow...what a good experience. He was not only smart, he was very attentive and answered all of our questions so that we understood why we were having the issues. Great job Best Buy for the great staff in place.

Their Total Tech/ Geek Squad has the WORST customer service ever. They do not honor the terms and conditions of their Total Tech policy. They find ways to deny coverage and force you to seek reimbursement through legal means costing you money and time. When you ask for a manager they do not provide you with one and they say a manager will call you. Been a week and still no call. Recommend buying from other stores or Amazon, way better customer service. Best Buy is just horrible now.

Wow. Stopped to grab something as it was close to where I was at the time. It’s a mess. Shelves mostly empty - what little there was open box or in the wrong place. Stuff strewn about. It was like a sad little outlet store. Dirty. Tons of employees just standing around chatting. You’d think one or two could grab a broom. Far cry from my local Best Buy which is a nice store.

Ah yes, I too was thinking of buying hand cuffs from Best Buy the electronics store. Now that I know the answer, I want to thank you guys.
I would go into the store and talk directly with the GM and then I would hand my application and resume in to c$ Either speak with anyone who works there already and ask them how they applied and then you could try it their way. Give me a thumbs up if this helps you at all!! Good luck!! 👍
They may have some kind of digital recorder, but if you want something that recorded on your cell phone then download an app called Automatic Call Recorder by Appliqato. I just use their free version bcuz I've never needed any of the upgraded stuff that the pro version offers. The background of the app is a dark red circle with a green phone that's on a 30° angle and pointing to the right. Best app I have ever used to record a phone conversation, and it starts recording automatically, so that's a great help. Anyway good luck.
