On august 16 my mom was brought to this hospital due to low oxygen and cough and rapid fast heartbeat they did electro cardio gram COVID and chest x rays also heart function blood test upon going room she was seen by md Elizabeth Caudill my father was there this woman came with a nasty attitude yelled both my parents to the point my father fell humiliated this is the worst md my mom have seen this woman needs to be reprimanded yes Elizabet Caudill also cna were rude specially one named Shelby they wouldn’t give my mom water or food until I complained in the morning and they lied was told by nurse admitting doctor will come I spent 11 hours without any sleep and around the next shift I asked Shelby a nurse in desk she told me doctor do rounds between 8 and 9 am and 930 nothing until I called Lila canon specialist partner for complaints they gave food to my mom and this woman Shelby almost threw the food at her totally unnaceptable and finally doctor came in mom spent 3 nights there among 1 in er area due to hospital being full according to nurses version and then moved 3 rd floor where she was seen by doctor Gold which was the only decent person , here the nurses had a nasty attitude she’s 82 years old whenever she wanted to.use Bathroom she pressed the control in the bed and nurses would not arrive on time she almost fell 3 times totally negligent on their part , avoid this place by all means, also while in er they did a 3 hour heart test two nurses were sticking my mom all arm bruised this was inhumane until I told them to call someone else came a male and could not find a vein then another nurse came with ultrasound to find the vein they should have done that from the beginning , hope this review be read by general manager or partner specialist and address this issues specially with the md in er

I will always choose to come to this hospital over others especial High Point Wake Forest. The wait room times here are reasonable and the staff actually late professional and show they care. I only provide 4 stars bc several staff members had to add my medicine allergy to the system repeatedly as the next staff member would not see it in there system. But they handled my stay with care and took care of me. I have been here numerous times now and I thank Novant for their support and care each time!!
