Our recycling bin has been broken 3 times by the men throwing it down after emptying it. The trashcan had a broken bar on it husband requested a new can at cityhall in person this was 2 months ago so he my husband rigged up our can so they would pick up and empty our trash basically fixed himself the woman taking bill payments is awful rude at times so this is why a one star ive lived in Thomasville all my life and this is just not good service when you count on it.

I'm just trying to use the auto payment on the phone and it keeps telling me I putting in the wrong numbers I am not. So now I got to call when they open this is the second tim this had happened to me that it did not work. I at work and I don't have time u go city hall

Mr. Grattan, the City does not have any free testing kits at this time, and is not expected to get any. The only free testing that we are aware of is a drive-thru testing/vaccination operation at the Fair Grounds in Lexington. I do not know if the NC Dept. of Health is going to offer free at home tests. This free testing opportunity is open to anyone and with no eligibility requirements.
