This place is the definition of a company that could care less about its customers. This place is full of extremely rude and lazy employees. That get upset when you come inside to shop or if you have any questions. I don’t understand the business model? Why do you work at a retail store but then get upset when a customer comes inside to shop. This is probably the worst store in the sacramento area. Sucks that they have stuff here that I need otherwise I would love to just go somewhere else.

I hope I never have to come here again. Always have had bad experiences here over the last 5 years but the most recent trip was the worst. No one greets you or helps you find anything in the store so you're on your own looking for what you need, even if you're the only one there. Employees are so rude and not helpful at all. Even walking up to the counter to make your purchase they act like you aren't standing right there and try to avoid you. I come here about once a year because I will forget how bad it was last time or give them another chance. But not anymore, I will go however much further out of my way to avoid having to deal with these awful employees and their bad attitudes.
