I moved here in Feb. I have had no problem. The apartments have great space and the community is quiet. I also love how I'm close to everything, shopping, restaurants and the school. In all its a good environment.

Been with failing ac for almost a month yet they haven't sent a professional out to fix even though I put in a work order every other day, other issues the back door was supposed to be fixed back in October still haven't been done, they supposed to spray for pest every month and haven't done it.

AARC Properties

This place is garbage! $10,000 rose bushes to make there $300 apartments look good. Rudest property management ever! Takes weeks to fix problems. Stay away!!!! Run!!!! All kinda OSHA violations!

I have lived here for a year and have been very happy here. I have a disabled daughter and Caroline, the manager here, has been wonderful with making Anna feel like a part of this commnity. I had foot surgery last summer and Caroline checked in regularly to make sure things were okay. The area around here is always quiet and calm. Maintenance requests are responded to as best as they can be. The grounds are kept tidy and no trash. I've lived in many complexes in several cities. This is one of the best I've found for the money.
