Office is horrible in responding back to you when you need-if you are owed money, you might as well forget it. Kitchen cabinets are disgusting for the price that is charged. High end prices for low end quality.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Mangement sucks entirely. No one’s ever at the office. Always have to go to the one in High Point. Everything is very troubling. Pools been closed for almost 3 years and it looks horrible. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years.

Horrible management. Carpet is disgusting. Old cabinets/appliances. Over charged for rent! Pool hasn’t been open for almost 2 years And looks awful!

Honestly, please look elsewhere. I moved in ladt may and there 9 itens to be fixed before move in ans so far only one in completed. They almost never return calls, very unprofessional. I called two wekks ago because i water bill tripled in one month, they have been here 3 times and still they can not fix it.... I am moving put asap when lease is up..... management sucks here.
