Honestly, please look elsewhere. I moved in ladt may and there 9 itens to be fixed before move in ans so far only one in completed. They almost never return calls, very unprofessional. I called two wekks ago because i water bill tripled in one month, they have been here 3 times and still they can not fix it.... I am moving put asap when lease is up..... management sucks here.
Don't rent here. We are trying go get out ourselves. Horrible complex; horrible staff; very dirty; not well insulated.
Rent is 750,2 bedroom Pool is empty,no one answers They're nice when you're signing papers but after that you're on your own if you have issues. Me and the misses spotted a black widow in our home today,they were informed about a spider infestation months ago. Nothing was done. It's a joke.
Best bet is to drive to the High Point office and just show up on them
They don't have anyone on-site
