Mani was the salesperson that helped me. Knew all about the vehicles and was very friendly. An effective salesperson that isn’t pushy is a great asset to a company. Thanks Mani for helping me out !

Be aware with this dealership. They are quoting less price over the phone to call the customer in the dealership and then they hike up the price of the car with 6 additional dealership packages. Please don’t waste your customer’s time by playing games.

Would not recommend anyone to buy from these people. I've bought from other local dealerships, the buying process was a lot easier and quicker. Took over 4 hours to get this done. First no one approached me when I pulled up and walked out to look at the truck. Had to walk inside and ask if someone could help me. Bought a truck, told them I didn't want the Boulware B.S., said it's comes with the vehicle and it has already been done. I can tell they didn't do anything. No paint protection, no rain x, no leather protection. Who knows if they even have the GPS on it. I won't ever use it. Haven't even created an elos account. They've tried to do an alignment twice now and can't get that right. Was dealing with a sales manager, but he's no longer there. Got stuck dealing with the salesman, but he didn't know what was going on. Tried talking to the service manager, but these guys don't want to follow through and call back or email. They just say what you want to hear to get you to leave or hang up the phone. It took two weeks for them to get a keyless remote. I ordered one the night I bought the truck and had it in two days. I don't want you to reply with your generic response. You call me if you want to try and make things right. I'm done calling and trying to get things done

Jeff Teague (Sales Manager) is amazing! I paid a non-refundable deposit in order to get on a dealership’s list in North Georgia for a RAV4 Prime. They called me last night to let me know they were refunding my deposit because they didn’t know when or if they would ever get the car. I called Jeff today and within 10 minutes he sent me a quote based on the options that I am looking for. He does a large volume of sales and I anticipate not having to wait as long for my unicorn. He made me feel much more confident than anyone I’ve talked to. I feel at ease and am very happy with the customer service he has provided thus far. I look forward to meeting you soon, Jeff! Update: I was not able to get the car, so they refunded my deposit and I deposited at a dealership in another state that had one delivering in a month.

Julie, Sounds like the battery needs to be replaced. We'll be happy to help you. You can schedule an appointment online: https://bit.ly/2I9shlk
First time visiting this location and everything went well. I do think over $200 for oil and brake fluid change is a little pricey. I guess you pay for the nice waiting area. 😁
We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and health of our customers and employees. All employees are wearing masks and practicing social distancing. All customers must wear a mask while at our dealerships. We have strict cleaning schedules and sanitizing protocols in place, as well as dedicated outdoor seating areas. During this time, we do encourage you to make an appointment with our sales, service, or parts professionals and if you have any questions regarding shopping for, or servicing, your vehicle please call.
There seems a bit of confusion between titles and vehicle registration cards. If your car is financed, there is a title lien, the lien holder (lender) may keep the title until the lien is satisfied. The vehicle registration is the one you MUST PRESENT TO POLICE on demand. If your former tag from trade in is being transferred to the new vehicle, bill of sale is normally sufficient until the transfer is complete. The length of time that is good for should be 15 to 30 days, and may vary. Best to check with the dealership until they give you your registration card. Be persistent, and keep your bill of sale with you while driving. The title likely will be mailed to you when your finance contract is paid off.
Kevin, while it's not difficult, the process varies from state to state. For specific questions please call us so that we can give you the correct information. Thank you!
They don't seem to care where the money comes from, just that they get it, some dealers are contractually wedded to an in house financing company, but even then, most will happily collect someone else's check.
They have a used car section. Prices are online.
Reva, We do not offer car rentals. Sorry for any inconvenience.
