Stopped for a quick overnight. What a cute cozy place! So many small details that make it so nice. The bath house is a real gem! Swings around the pond, ducks, chickens, roosters and peacocks even.

Was planning on staying at congaree National Park but the campgrounds were full. Thank goodness because this place is perfect! RV spots on one side of pond, camping on the other. A nice shower, outdoor community kitchen space, and every kind of bird imaginable! Woke up and made myself some eggs which they let you do. Got a nice shower, and went to the national park. Give this place a visit if you're in the area and need a place to stay. Very friendly staff and other guests.

May I ask what is your monthly rate and what is included ?
They have 1 shower and bathroom together near the front office (very clean). This isn't your typical campground for tent camping, but we really enjoyed the accommodation!
We apologize, but we do not have accommodations for a long term tent stay.
Like fifteen minutes!
Electric is available under the pavilion and beside the tent site. There is also a sink and hose faucets at the pavilion with running water along with plenty of picnic tables . Look at the 360 pic to see the tent site. More than likely there will be no other tents there and the pavillion will be all access as it was to us. Definitely not your typical campground, but thats what we loved about it!
Its not the typical tent site, we had the whole side of the pond
You’re welcome to fish, however it is a catch and release pond only.
Yes. We are open year round. Our office is open from 9-6 Monday-Saturday. If you need to reach us after hours our phone number is 803-413-0772.
No tents. Just RV's
Your looking at $30 a day with electric, water and I believe no septic as you will be put in their sites for weekend stays. 30 and 50 amp available as well. Very nice owners to deal with also. Hope this helps.
Not sure most campgrounds do but they charge extra
It can as long as the dog does not continuously bark. There are geese swan peacocks and chickens around in that area if that can cause a problem with your dog barking
I pay 380 monthly good people
Just lost me as a potential customer. The campground I am presently in has a problem with cats. Which is one of the reasons I'm leaving it.
Current monthly rate is $380. Includes elect, water, sewer, cable, and internet
