Hi Kelli. Thank you for your kind words. And congratulations to your daughter! The amount that attorneys can charge in Social Security Disability cases is set by federal statute and regulation. See generally 42 USC § 406 and SSA POMS GN 03940.003. As such, the fees are essentially the same for all attorneys. Fees are calculated as a percentage of past due benefits (25%), with statutory limits on the maximum amount that can be charged. I'm happy to discuss further. Just call any time. - Michael
