This used to be a good organization but over the last few years I've sadly watched it morph into garbage. Customer service is almost non existent any more. They continually try to push you to using a computer even when you go to one of their offices to speak with someone because you can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. The phone is a whole other issue. Every time you call you get the message about call volumes being higher than normal. That's the same message they have been using for at least 3 or 4 years. This is your normal call volume! Higher people to handle the calls! You get attitude of you go in to get money instead of going through the ATM or drive through. All of this horrid service to get abysmal interest rates which used to be one of the advantages of belonging to the credit union. The savings rates are deplorable and the loan rates are hilarious. I got a better rate from Harley Davidson than the credit union was offering. What I'm saying is avoid this organization like the plague unless you want bad rates and bad service.

If I could give negative stars I would. My auto loan is through this credit union and I have had nothing but problems with them from day 1. 🙃 Their app is NOT user friendly. They charge you to pay with a debit card, you can't pay with a credit card, and the third party they use to verify your Insurance coverage, should it change during the course of your loan, is incompetent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this for anyone getting a car loan.

The Seven seventeen Credit Union Larchmont branch has some amazing people in service. I have been into this branch several times in the last two months and everyone has been instrumental in helping me with my situation. Kashmere is a beautiful person inside and out. She has listened, helped, and guided me in my new transactions. Debbie, also, has been a wonderful help. Any question I had, she got the answer. Whether she knew the answer or had to call for verification, we got it done, All the tellers are polite and helpful willing to give their knowledge to help another. I used to rave about how amazing this bank was. Not anymore! My account was closed without my knowledge over my savings account being $15 in the negative. I live 7.5 hours away from the closest branch and was advised the only way they could help me is if I drive there or mail in a deposit. They will not allow me to go to a shared banking location 15 mins from my house. Nor restore my app long enough to do a mobile deposit. I’ve never been so amazed by smart*** responses and the lack of effort by a team. Now I’m on the fence of whether to make the account right or walk away and say good riddance! “One of the employees said to me, “It was your choice to open account so far away from you”. Seriously, what an embarrassment to the company.
