We do rent manufactured homes, but unfortunately we are full at this time. If you have someone who is interested please have them call our office at 330-824-2174 we would be happy to answer any questions they may have about our community.

$225.00 this includes trash only. We have city water and sewer, Ohio Edison and Dominion Gas.

Yes, we allow dogs, they have to be leashed when outside, no dog runs. Also, no vicious dogs are allowed and they must be current with all shots. You must clean up your yard daily, and the dog has to be registered at the park office.
