The last three times I brought my truck here for a PM I had an issue. The first time they didn’t put the oil cap back on, the second time there was a problem with the new fuel filter gasket they installed, and this last time they didn’t even change the fuel filter. They charge $800 to do a full PM service and claim they do a 72 point inspection with the service. In my opinion the truck service should be done correctly, and checked to make sure everything was done. I should not have to deal with mistakes like this, especially for the outrageous price they charge.
