I called Hartford Lumber to ask if they had something in stock- they did. Two days later I went there to make my purchase and was told that I should have called first to place my order (due to COVID-19) I said that I HAD called but wasn't told about the order ahead process. They were too busy to make an exception for me, despite their poor communication. I'll bring my business elsewhere.

I called her to asked her about my subfloor .I WAS SO NERVOUS. SHE TOLD ME IN A CALM,SOOTHING VOICE. HOW TO FIX IT.AND I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM THEM.
