When I visited, the store did not have a great selection. Also, some of the employees were rude.

I had a bad experience at this H&M recently. Customer service is poor, and store is very dirty. Manager was horrendous! H&M needs to do better hiring people who are more pleasant.

Terrible customer service! Yani was rude and unfriendly, and she refused to hold my merchandise. In addition, the store was very dirty. I will never shop at this store again!
