If you want mediocre nails, high prices and the worst customer service imaginable (aka racist) then this place is for you. Otherwise, you’re wayyy better off going to Cosmo Nails that’s literally 1min away and you get better service, better nails and overall better experience (Lily’s nails is also good customer service but quality can be hit or miss depending on who’s working on you). Every time I’ve gone here I’ve left so angry that I put myself through it. The man who works the front desk is extremely dismissive and will literally disrespect you for no reason. For example, the guy had me wait in the lobby for 20mins with no intention of actually servicing me (mind you this was in the morning and I was the only customer). The “quality” of nails they offer is honestly not worth having people breathe down your throat pressuring you to up your service or tip. I know people say this often, but this is honestly the only review I’ve ever felt compelled to write because of how horrible of experience I’ve had here and there’s legit no other way to hold these people accountable than warning others to steer clear of this shop.

Usually a good place to get my services done ,but since of lately they have dropped a lot ! I keep asking for short nails they do what they want to do and then charge a arm and a leg ! If I didn’t ask the “owner” what I’m paying for I’d keep overpaying ! He needs to train his workers better !!! I can’t imagine for the past two years how I’ve been over paying !! They don’t listen and the “owner “ don’t listen for nothing !!!!!!! If they don’t listen they can’t exceed their customers expectations !

Too expensive now… Currently finding somewhere else I can go for my pedicures. Something has to be wrong with this spot because every-time I go it’s always new worker’s… It’s like the workers NEVER really last there… The manager “Brandon” can come off a bit rude sometimes
