Honestly, I have been coming here for five years and am sad to say that the quality has sharply declined in the last 4-6 months. I used to love this place and dragged so many people here. But lately, they have been unable to honor reservations, they damage my nails nearly half the time, and their techs have become hit-or-miss rather than “consistently reliable.” Bottom line: it’s become too busy and quality/service has started to suffer
