Was charged 2 times for an order that I already paid for cashier claimed the order wasn't paid for.. Called customer service was told to expect a call or voicemail from the restaurant about my refund have yet to get it .. It's been 3 days

Seems like all of the Wendy's I've been to in Houston do this. Every time we go to a Wendy's anywhere in Houston (doesn't matter where) they never give us a receipt and there's always at least one problem with our order. it's very annoying.
