Extremely disappointed. First time ordering from this company. Ordered 25oz candle vessels (the largest on their site) along with matching lids (per the link). Received my order and the lids were TOO BIG for the vessels. Clearly, the wrong size vessels were sent but labeled as 25oz. Not only does this cause an inconvenience to fulfilling my orders on time but I have to pay out of pocket to return the order and the refund is only a portion of the total bill (minus initial shipping charges). According to them, the return process is two to four weeks, how delightful.

The staff here is wonderful! They are welcoming and helpful (when approached with questions). I felt very comfortable shopping here, the store is very spacious. They have shopping carts (which totally encouraged me to fill it 'til I couldn't fit anymore in it)! They package everything with care for safe travel. I drove over an hour to visit this store and it was absolutely worth it. They have great quality products and beautiful vessels.

I could never get ahold of a manager, and that says alot on how things are being run there. Also when it comes to their shipping, it's just the worst. Its just extremely frustrating! The customer service rep was very helpful and I appreciate her patience with me. But sometime a manager is needed and prefered to speak to someone above. I will not be continuing my business here.
