This place is horrible! The customer service sucks they're never on time and the cars are always dirty. I tried to complain with my last rental and after I returned it they charged me 600 to clean it because they said I smoked in it( she seen mee smoking outside of my car waiting 30 minutes for my rental came up to me and said don't smoke in the car which I had no intention of doing!)

Stay away. Booked a car a week in advance, received 2 email confirmations. Went to pick up the car just to be told there were no cars. People didn't return or extended their rentals. Was told the staff must have lost track of time or too busy to call to let us know. They also say that booking through AAA is not a guaranteed rental. BS excuses and zero service. I called AAA and they felt awful, saying they book on what Hertz shows available at their location.

Literally the most unprofessional experience at a rental place ever. Went in to pick up my reserved car using a debit card and they acted like the earth had to be moved. Nothing the sign on their desks about debit cards. Not only did I do everything on the list it clearly states they accept debit cards. They didn't have the car I reserved 2 days before hand. They tried to give me a car $27 more a day. Honestly just stay away. Enterprise won't treat you like this and will only be about $30 and your paying for peace of mind.
