I have been dealing with a mysterious case of hives for about 2 months now. I have seen my PCP and an allergist who dismissed it as autoimmune and told me to just take zyretc. Woke up the Monday covered head to toe in hives. The people at this health express were amazing. Truly the only care team that listened to me and helped me find next steps. They were even the only ones to draw blood! I cannot say enough about the team I experienced yesterday. Upbeat, happy and just wanted to do their jobs the best they possibly can. They made me feel comfortable and even made me laugh despite being extremely physically uncomfortable. Cannot recommend this urgent care enough!

During the covid scare over the last couple of years I have found them to be the place you can get a quick appointment for testing. The staff is so helpful and compassionate and always willing to stretch themselves to be accommodating. Very efficient and well organized. During a time when general practitioners are overwhelmed, can’t take calls or provide care (other than to refer you to the er fir a $150 copay), it is comforting that health express is always accessible. I wish they could provide more services and testing but am glad they do what they do so well
