I went to Mission Valley Service station on a friend's recommendation for a battery replacement. I was very happy and satisfied with their service. I talked to Blake (the service guy there) about my car needs at length. He patiently listened to me and was direct to the point. I left my car there for a day because they had a huge backlog of cars to service. They did a really good job and the price was very good compared to the expensive quotes I received from other auto shops. No sugarcoating, no mollycoddling and no overselling. They were crisp, clear and professional about their service. I will be going back there for my future car maintenance henceforth. I highly recommend this place to people and students if they are unsure about where to service their car especially in the situation that they have to pay for maintenance (if warranty does not cover) out of their own pocket.

I'm not sure that my friends at Mission Valley Service are computer savvy. I suggest you call them and ask that question. The number is 919-832-5383 What I've found over the last 20-30 years is that their prices are more than reasonable and that their work is exceptional. On top of that, Tommy, the owner/manager/mechanic; Mitch and Niles, Tommy's mechanics; and Blake, Tommy's son, who is learning the business from the ground up, are simply wonderful. All of these guys are excellent and professional mechanics, but they are also personable, kind, caring, and generally great people.
