Went in and asked the Mexican guy behind the counter to look up splash guard bolts for my car and he just stood there and said there is a bunch of them over in the isle and the best thing you can do is bring one with you to match it. He was rude and didn't want to help me with anything. What happened to customer service, I will just take my business down the street to auto zone.

Had to get my key fob battery replaced. Thaddeus & Jaden were so helpful and patient to ensure they could properly remove my battery without causing damage to my fob due to it being a foreign car & expensive to replace. Good experience and will be back for future automotive items.

I had the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. I initially went to the competition but left due to the bad customer service. I made the same statement at both stores..."I need an oil change special." The competition: Do you need an oil pan? No, I need the oil and filter. He took a few details about my car. I didn't know my engine size so he said it's probably a V6. You need 5W20 you can go and pick out your oil. I have your filter up here. Your associate: Let me get a few details about your car. When it got to the motor size I didn't know it. He reassured me that it was ok and told me he could look it up so that we got the right stuff for my vehicle. I gave him my plate number and he pulled it up. He then pulls out the circular and shows me all the specials you have for my vehicle. He tells me about each brand and what he normally runs in his car but told me what he thought would be best for my car. Even though the line got long he was patient and answered all of my questions. When I decided what special I wanted he went and grabbed all of the items for me. Thank you to the young man that assisted me. Keep up the great work!
