Once again the woman at the front is as rude as can be. This woman needs to be fired. Nobody wants to go to the DMV, we’re literally there because we want to follow the rules, but this sorry troll of a worker treats customers like a nuisance. There are kind workers here, but this one ruins it for everyone.

They arbitrarily decide when to not take walk-ins. There were 8 people sitting in chairs at 10am and they said, "We're no longer accepting walk-ins." They insisted only people with appointments. Here's the thing, their website for appointments is pure trash. There's no limit on how many appointments you can make and there's no bot detection. I could go onto their website and fill it with appointments and completely block out a week if I wanted. Remember folks. Your elected officials outsourced this service to a private company, but you're paying for it!

Really bad service of this office.

I walked in last minute and they took me and were exceptionally helpful. The supervisor was a big help and very nice.

Print online power bill, water or cable
Just your CDL. The cost is $20 per year, plus $4 per year for any extra endorsements. Usually runs upwards of $100.
But I do not need any document what is the cost of this license and what type of cars allows me to handle
When I was there last week, it was by appointment (and it was hard to get one same day, mine was scheduled a month in advance). They allowed a small number of walk-ins but appointments took precedence.
Yes sir it's a plate agency.
Yes but ALL setvices are by appointment only.
No those must be done at a plate authority. There is one in Holly Springs in the Harris Teeter mall on 55.
Yes, you can try, but it is very hard. They actually recommend you come with appointment.
Yes, but right now appts are booked way out due to Real ID. At FV location appts are booked til end of June.
No, just come in take a number and wait. No service at NCDMV requires an appt.
Currently, due to the budget crisis, no DMV has any handbooks to distribute and the state isn't printing anymore until they have a budget. The handbook is available on DMVs website. Go to ncdot.gov/DMV and at the top of the page type "driver manual" into the search box and it should pull the handbook right up for you. You can then read it online or print your own copy.
All payment options. Cash, check, or credit/debit card.
Yes you do they don't have a limit like most states do
Think you.
$40. (8 year renewal at $5 per year). If you are age 66 or older it's $25 (5 year renewal at $5 per year).
Yes
Not sure why you're asking me, but yes. It's a long wait.
No need for appointments BUT expect to be there an hour before opening to be seen that day without one.
No, you have to go into an office
Let them know that you are there and you'll only wait until the next available slot
I do know that you can make an appointment. When you call the number it will give you an option to make an appointment. Hope that helps!!!
Next day
It's done in Holly Springs.
Think it is $25.
No. Closed until the 27th, I think
Yes, the new Real ID
Yes. You can get your liscence there. Be prepared for at least a 2 to a 3 hour wait. It opens at 8am. I would get there at 7 and camp out in line to be the first in line. Or better yet go to Angier
Like $50
Yes.. Need alt
Nope. This one is exclusively for Driver's Licenses. Try the one in Holly Springs.
