This is the most affordable & friendly Vet i have ever had the pleasure of consulting in 35 years. The staff was so welcoming, non-judgemental & professional. Dr Quiroz was absolutely fantasic !! She showed my dog (King) & I great patience. She took ample time to explain & rexplain everything (causes, diagnosis, prognosis, medications) and even the technical details. I am blown away with the entire experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr.Quiroz & Banfield Pet Hospital in Royal Palm Beach, Fl. Inside Petsmart !! Thank you Dr. Quiroz & ALL the staff for helping my King!!

I am very disappointed for the second time at Banfield in Royal Palm beach with Dr. Clark. She did my puppies spay and didn’t seal her incision very good and I went back 3 times and the second time they glued her and third time added 2 staples my puppy was infected and in pain and within 2 visits and few days apart I accumulated over $200 in medication. Then the doctor told me if the 2 staples don’t hold I would have to pay around $500 additional to have her go under anesthesia again to get re-stitches. My dog was wearing her e collar and not running around and the Dr tried to blame the dog for sliding on her belly which I know she didn’t do because she was in so much pain she didn’t wanna move and I was with her the entire time . And she wanted to bill me for correcting something she didn’t do correctly in the first place . And a then the next day I decided to go to a regular veterinarian hospital cause she was still leaking and had a hole in her belly open and when I went to the other animal hospital he did a better job and the next morning My puppy was feeling much better. When I go back to Banfield I will not be using Dr. Clark again, I’ve had good experiences with other vets at Banfield but not Dr. Clark

This place has shown me that they really do not care for pet. More than once but recently has motivated me to Never ever go there again I am definitely traumatized by their actions. My yorkie was lifeless and for a Vet someone that supposedly have a love for animals. Turns me away because there was only 10 minutes left before closing. To make a statement that there not willing to provide the care my puppy needed was so inconsiderate of a dying animal. I will be canceling my contract and will Never ever advocate for anyone to take there animals there! Such a disgusting action.

Terrible. Just awful. Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance at Royal Palm Beach location on State Rd 7. Was called 3 times for confirmation. I arrived for my appointment with my 10 week old puppy. We were kept waiting 40 minutes with no explanation. I watched one pet owner struggling with her very nervous Goldendoodle. The receptionist told her to put dog on scale. This dog wasn't having it. The pet owner started pulling the poor dog by the leash (attached to collar around neck) as hard as she could. I thought the receptionist would be horrified. At the very least get up and help the owner. No, she acted as if she didn't see it. A technician came out. Her 1st question and 2 times afterwards in a matter of a few minutes was if I wanted to purchase a 'Wellness Plan'. I had my puppy's paperwork & records from first visit breeder took him to. She could of cared less. Never looked at them or asked for them. When I explained I just wanted a physical for my puppy the technician put her hands out with a 'Gimme' gesture. I stated I wanted to go with her. Be present while the Veterinarian preformed the physical. Technician stated "At this time we don't allow owners in the back". I assume she meant since the pandemic. Not 1 person including her had a mask on. Regardless, of what she meant I had witnessed enough. I simply told her "That's unacceptable". Took my puppy and left. The employees I encountered had no compassion or care for animals. This is a burn them and churn them outfit. - When I was signing in the 3rd request was for permission to allow my animals records to be used for testing studies/clinics. They're selling the information. When I told the receptionist I would not sign that. She stated "Nobody's ever read that before". BEWARE! Shady-Shady.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
Hi Candace - We believe in quality pet care. We understand this can be expensive and offer programs to help clients with the cost of care. These include care credit and optimum wellness plans.
Hi Beth - Thanks for reaching out! We would advise you to contact the Hospital before your visit, as this may vary depending on the location.
