They store seems pretty bare. They didn’t have the printer I went in looking for in stock. I have a drone and they have just a hand full of accessories that would “work” for it and few that were specifically for it. I noticed that some of their sale prices were lower than some of the competitors in the area. Even Walmart had more tank printers in stock and that should say something.

My nintendo switch screen got cracked and I was honestly dreading going to geek squad because the one time I needed them in the past it was awful. However, Luke, is an amazing employee and got everything setup and sent off quickly. Super respectful and polite. He also made sure that I understood how my warranty worked and all possible outcomes. 10/10 on his customer service skills!

We were looking to replace our TV, so after checking prices and in stock. Best Buy was the winner. The staff was very helpful and we got the TV we wanted.

I was in the store yesterday to purchase a TV. I needed the TV to have Apple AirPlay capability, Bluetooth technology and approximately a 40” screen. Since all this information is not on their tags and it is hard to read on the boxes I used their online queue QR code to try to get someone to assist me. I waited and waited and waited for someone to come to assist me. I finally did some research online while looking at model numbers. I found a TV that had the features I needed by myself. The one star is for CUSTOMER SERVICE only. I do like the ability to purchase an item like this and pay 0% interest for a year if I like. The selection isn’t bad either. I have never had a customer service experience like this in a Best Buy before.

I have a 5000 sq foot home and my daughters bedroom is upstairs the furthest away from the office where we have our wifi set up. I went with the Eero system recommended by Apple and added extra mesh extenders to service all our areas upstairs and our outdoor areas. I do love the set up and the App feature, it lets me know when someone tries to access or log on to my system. So I know if I am not home and my kids have friends over ...lol
They are scheduled to open a larger store in the Pinnacle Shopping Center in January of 2020.
Bestbuy sells signal boosters. They're not cheap but it amplifies the signal you get. If you get no signal at all I don't think itll help though.
I have not purchased vinyl record albums from here, but I have purchased movies on DVD.
