I called yesterday to get a receipt emailed to me for a Mac Book that was purchased at the store in Bristol in June and I never received it. What do I need to do.

Take names and kick butt

I gave them the phone number and they pulled it up. I also gave them the email address but I have not received. We live 2 hours from you and it is to drive that far for a receipt.

Just go into the store and ask for it. If you have the credit card you put it on, that will help. Also they may hacr asked for your phone number, they can look it up that way too.

Go into the store and ask customer service if they can look it up and print out a duplicate receipt.

If U have a Best Buy account, U should be able to see and print the receipt on line, else go to the store.
