I would put 0 stars if possible. My experience here was awful. Any maintenance requests were not taken care of. We were blamed for messing up the dishwasher, when it was missing a part. They were made aware of this and still never fixed this after we moved out. We were excessively charged for move out charges. Management was extremely rude and had terrible communication. I would not recommend them to homeless person if they were offered an apartment for free!

I love living at the Villas. My Townhouse is perfectly set up. Management and Staff are quick to respond and answer emails efficiently. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to live. It's a nice clean complex BUT, if you are unfamiliar with the entrance, you're S.O.L. There are NO lights or markings, no reflectors at the entrance.
